Programmer Analyst-Waltech, Inc.-Southborough, MA- Write, update, correct errors, and maintain computer programs/software packages to track inventory, store or retrieve data, or control other equipment. Compile/write subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions of the program(s). Repair/expand existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Investigate whether networks, workstations, the central processing unit of the systems, or peripheral equipment are responding to a program's instructions. Willing to relocate to/for various work sites around the country. Req. Masters degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science or Information Technology; in the alternative will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years progressive experience as a Programmer Analyst in the software industry.
